Information You Submit
Text entered in a search form, such as a name, telephone number, or address, goes to the outside search provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those search terms. When you contact us, we receive the details you decide to send and use them to answer the message.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and visit times. We review this information in combined form to maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How Information Is Used
Technical and contact information helps us run the site, troubleshoot errors, count visits, improve content, and reply to requests. We neither sell a visitor list nor assemble individual browsing profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Norwalk resources, Los Angeles County and California records offices, court portals, library collections, or outside search tools. Information sent on another service is controlled by that service's privacy terms. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company and follow its policies rather than this one.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for site operations. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic technical data already described. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but otherwise do not distribute visitor data.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection serves the site, and server logs are kept only for as long as the stated operational purposes require. Since visitors do not create accounts, the site maintains no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under Age 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted such information so it can be deleted.
California Privacy Choices
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives eligible consumers rights that may include knowing, deleting, and correcting personal information, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, and receiving equal service after exercising a right. Use the Contact page for a request concerning our contact mailbox or server logs. Because our own holdings are limited, a search may produce little or no responsive information.
California's 2026 Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, or DROP, lets residents send one deletion request to more than 500 registered data brokers. That process concerns participating brokers, not records held by a government custodian.
Norwalk, Los Angeles County, and California agency records remain outside our control. Requests for those records follow the California Public Records Act, Government Code Division 10, sections 7920.000 through 7931.000. Government Code section 7922.535 generally gives an agency 10 days to determine whether it holds disclosable records, subject to a written extension of up to 14 days for unusual circumstances. That determination rule is not a deletion right.
Policy Revisions
A revised policy will be posted here when terms change. Using the site after a revision takes effect signifies acceptance of the new version.
